Return & Refund Policy

At alayaura, we value your satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@alayaura.com.

Please Note:

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Returns must be shipped to our designated facility (address will be provided upon approval).

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@alayaura.com right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for our customers in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Personal Care Products: Beauty products and hygiene-related items.

  • Custom Orders: Personalized items or special orders.

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased during a sale or via gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing Time: Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@alayaura.com.
